Wait For Stirling Marathon Refund Continues

Runners' frustration as some wait for refunds following cancellation of Stirling Marathon.

Some runners have been left pleading for help after being left to wait for their refund after organisers took the decision to cancel the Stirling marathon.

If I knew it would make front page headlines in our local newspaper I would have asked my wife to write the sign neatly 😂

From what I can gather some more refunds have went through in the last few days which is good news, no word of my refund though. I think I’ll be bottom of the list now 😃

Anyway, my frustration is more to do with the complete lack of communication from the organisers more than the money. Runners at least deserve a reply to emails or a public message from the organisers to runners with an update about how the refund process is progressing. 

Keeping customers up to date is crucial in any business even if it’s not good news that you give them, at least they should appreciate the update.
