Forecast: A spell of rain is possible midweek which could bring wintry conditions to the local hills and mountains but it will give way to a drier spell later in the week with overnight frosts. There is the risk of wet weather over the weekend bringing a mixture of rain and sleet to lower levels with the risk of snow on higher ground. Maximum temperature 7ºC with a low at times close to or just below freezing. Wind generally light.
